The accident occurred on Rt. 9 just north of Kennedy Boulevard around 10:00 PM.
Two people sustained non life-threatening injuries.

who’s fault is that?
Pretty clear the fault would go to the guy sitting in the middle of route 9. Should of waited until it was safe to go on both sides. Hope everyone is okay.
If that driver bumped in with such power and didn’t see the car sitting in middle of route 9 he must of been using his phone and not focusing on the road because he couldn’t of miss it if he was focusing on the road and he could of braked
