  1. When you need mutual aid, it’s going to be a loss. Hopefully there are no injuries or worse. The fire district should stop playing games and put that ladder truck they just bought for big money on the road as well as hire additional firefighters. You can only do so much with a staff of 4 and 750 gallons of water before assistance arrives. There are times when other towns call Lakewood for help and can not get it, and Lakewood calls other towns for all the general alarms, and sometimes other calls depending on what day of the week. Back in the day you would get 75 firefighters, sometimes more on a call and Lakewood was the one being called to assist other towns. There used to be career firefighters at Monmouth and 8th St., a couple of years ago, not now. Residents and firefighters lives, and property are at risk.

    • For one , the new ladder truck was in service for this fire . stop spreading lies .your lies that you spread are disgusting , Your opinions are as wanted now as they were when you were a part of this dept ,

  2. Hello, I am with NBC10 Philadelphia. Did you take these videos? If so, could NBC have irrevocable permission to share your material for unlimited use by all partners, platforms, and media, worldwide, in perpetuity? Thank you.

  3. TLS is smart to not publish the address while the blaze is burning. Additional onlookers will only get in the way and prevent the firefighters from doing their duty.

  4. There is a chassidic saying “that after a fire, one becomes rich.” Next year, tov shin peh, stands for “tehiyeh shnas parnossah”. May Hashem bless Reb Greenwald and all of those affected to become rich.

  5. This place is located over the tracks by 7th street and princeton Avenue right behind Benton brothers is where this place is located by the headstart

  7. 1st of all, HaMakom Yimalei Chesronchem and may the damage of the fire turn into an asset, not a liability.
2nd of all, the amount of people saying where it is was a little bit over the top.
And # 3 – in all my years as an avid reader and poster of TLS, I have never, EVER seen a network reach out, in the comments section, to make a legal request to use the video footage.
    THAT was amazing.
    TLS Rox !!

  8. Hamoken yemalei Chsronchem. IYH the business will get started and continue to make parties.

Greenwald Caterers and its owner are special people. Great caterers but more so- help out those in need of many things in their own discreet quiet way.
So many familes including mine have been helped by Mr Greenwald.
