A member of the Jackson planning board and environmental commission has reportedly been forced to recuse himself from the ongoing Jackson Trails application.
Sources tell TLS that Jeff Riker, who is a mayoral appointee to the planning board and environmental commission, involuntarily recused himself from the application after evidence of alleged improper email communications regarding the application emerged.
