Former Lakewood Mayor Running For Party Vice Chairmanship

A former mayor of Lakewood, Marta Harrison, will run for the New Jersey Democratic State Committee vice chairmanship.

Ms. Harrison was the first-ever female to be elected to Lakewood’s Township Committee, where she served two terms, including a three-year stint as mayor.

After leaving the Township Committee, Harrison continued to be involved in local and County politics.
