After 120 days of delays and excuses, prosecutors in the case of Rabbi Osher Eisemann have finally submitted their appeal brief today.
The 99-page brief is the first brief in which the prosecutors detail their appeal, explaining why they want Rabbi Eisemann to receive a prolonged 12-year prison term, r”l, and why they believe that the reasons for tossing the case that were outlined in the defense’s appeal are wrong.
Now, the defense team will begin to analyze the brief and write a rebuttal. The defense’s response is due next month.
Donations can be made at pidyonshvuyim.com. The Eisemann family asks that people continue to have in mind Osher ben Chana Frumet in their tefillos.
The Attorney General should be ashamed of himself. As the person in charge of the prosecutors, how is he allowing this blatant anti-semitisim to proceed?
He talks all day about going after hate crimes and stopping the hate groups but he allows this!!???
As a minority he should be the last one to let this happen.
Only a massive protest in front of gruel office will do the trick. It’s about time let’s not wait.
We need the Fed’s to investigate this coward after so many pending antisemitic lawsuits in townships and yet not a single peeps from our dear AG.
Sorry totally forgot he was busy with lawsuit about trump using money to build wall..
I can’t locate the website “pidyonshvuyim.com” to donate. Can someone state the correct website for donations?
