Does a menorah lighting have any religious significance if its beyond the perimeters of the mitzvah as is written in the Shulchan Aruch?
May I even dare to suggest that this contradicts the Torah Directive of ‘Lomo tisra’u’ and ‘Hatzpinu atzmechem’, We ought not stick it in their faces.

Such a beautiful Parsumah Nissa. The mall is owned by Jews so I wouldn’t call it sticking it in there faces.
Btw, I see by some of these events, someone makes a brocho. Is there any Halacha basis for that ? If it’s not ones home or place where hes sleeping or eating, I dont see how he can make a brocho on that.
