UPDATE: Project Chai mobilizes team to assist Jersey City community

In the immediate aftermath of yesterday’s horrific shooting in Jersey City, Project Chai, the crisis intervention, trauma, and bereavement department of Chai Lifeline, mobilized a team of more than 2-dozen members to assist the local community.

Project Chai is working closely with parents and educators and encourages anyone in need to contact our 24-hour crisis hotline at 855-3-CRISIS or email [email protected]. Professional counselors are on standby to offer assistance in English and Yiddish.
