At Jackson Township’s reorganization meeting, Councilman Ken Bressi was removed from all his positions on township committees and subcommittees, except for one.
Anyone who has been paying attention to what has been happening in Jackson with regards to the lawsuits filed against them can easily connect the dots and determine that Mr. Bressi was kicked off his previous committee assignments in retaliation for a deposition he gave in the ongoing Oros Bais Yaakov case.
But some Jackson officials don’t want to admit it. While they won’t give any rational explanation for removing Bressi from his posts, they argue that it had nothing to do with his deposition and isn’t a way to retaliate against him or intimidate future witnesses.
So we are putting the facts in front of you, the reader, to decide for yourselves why this happened. Take a look at the committee assignments Councilman Bressi was on in 2019 and compare that with his 2020 assignments. And ask yourself why they are so starkly different if Bressi is not being retaliated against and terrified Jackson officials aren’t trying to intimidate potential future witnesses who might tell the courts of the anti-Semitic rot in Jackson.
Why Mr. Bressi was removed from his posts seems quite obvious and we are still waiting for a reasonable explanation from Jackson officials. I assume we’ll be waiting for a while.
