  1. We live among a tzibbur whose wishes and aspirations are that the children grow up to be talmidei chachomim and ehrliche Yidden. I hope you won’t be the one crying about kids not being accepted into a schools some point down the road. But if it happens, mark the date you made a comment about taking your kids to the superbowl against achool policy.

  2. Of course!
We’re even doing the daf at halftime!
Mincha, then daf hashavua, then the Super Bowl, the daf at halftime, and maariv afterwards. We’re akso having optional dirshu halacha Yomi by the commercials.

  3. to YOC parent, If you are truly a YOC parent then you have most dfinitly heard on many occasions from the Menahel that “Dont think its yeshiva that is responsable for your kids chinuch. Its a partership” School does what they feel is correct with their Daas Torah leaders. (dont start with comments about that) So to blame your lack of being mechanech your kids on YOC, Thats rediculous and shameful. If your child looks at the super bowl as such a special event that you can bribe him with it, Thats where the problem lies. I am a YOC parent and my kid coulnt care less about the Super Bowl. He dosent even know that it is coming. So dont blame school, Look in the mirror.

  4. Unfortunately, I have to attend a wedding in lakewood this Sunday (I live out of town) and I will miss my yearly superbowl party. Does anyone have an available party I can attend (maybe during dancing) so I won’t have to miss the game? I’ll bring some beer…
