Tomchei Shabbos Case File # 3796-1642

[COMMUNICATED] If I can have a few moments of your attention, I’d like to tell you the story of one family who is a recipient of Tomchei Shabbos. All walks of life can end up as our client, no one is removed from the possibility of being short on funds for food. It is our זכות to be the central fund for everyone in our communities.

For instance, Rav Sholom Mordechai T. שליט”א is a 2nd Seder Rebbi, who spends countless hours learning with tremendous התמדה. Mrs. T. עמו”ש takes great pride in helping support their growing family בלי עין הרע as a High School Teacher and a sought-after מחנכת. Making ends meet wasn’t easy, but when their daughter required extra therapies, the out of pocket medical expenses necessitated extra assistance. Groceries will no longer extend them credit, and there’s been days without any warm meals in their home. Now, Tomchei Shabbos sends them a monthly package full of food, giving them the peace of mind to feed their family, and their home can function smoothly once again.

You hear this story, and you know there are many more with different details. But at their core, it is just about the Yidden who need our help to cover the basics of living. For them, Tomchei Shabbos is there as a lifeline, providing food deliveries, restoring their honor and self reliance. (Click Here to read more stories)
