2. I don’t think its very smart to play in the streets. Why isn’t there a playground in that development for the kids??? Because that space is used for more houses, therefore more $$$$. Its more important for $$$$. Let the kids play in the streets and get run over.

     Good q. So why did people buy there? is it because maybe since there are so many houses, they can be cheaper and more affordable? SO in other words any condemnation on the developer would equally apply to anyone buying there no?
     The real answer is, that you “not thinking its smart to play in the streets” has no bearing on anything. Kids have played in the streets for as long as anyone can remember, from basketball hoops on the curb to football etc. There is a safe way to do all things, or we can just sit in our homes, but to say something is unsafe and then blast others for being reckless is just plain dumb.

     • So you are saying its okay to play in the street?
       How are kids suppose to learn when its safe to play in street. On Shabbas I can’t even count how many times I see kids playing in the streets and then when a car comes they don’t even move.
       That development has plenty of open space to play in so there is no need to play in the streets.
