  1. that’s why on a yellow you slow down not accelerate. but van looks like it was speeding , why did the back lift up before impact when driver applied brakes ?

  2. The left turning car was turning on a yellow light and wanted to clear the intersection. The southbound car had got a yellow and then red light before he entered the intersection but with no intention of stopping.

  3. Car going straight beat the light by a split second, and though left turning car was in the intersection first, by law the one going straight has the right of way so the one turning left is at fault.
Left turner probably thought other car was gonna stop or didn’t realize how fast it was going. Not smart move for either of them and left turner especially because could’ve gone after red since car was in the intersection before red.

  4. Long story short, the left – turning car didnt make sure that it was safe to turn, rather just tried to beat the light, in my opinion he is completely at fault. You cant turn in to oncoming traffic without looking, doesnt matter how fast the other car was going

  5. Hello??? The car going straight at a high rate of speed made impact with the left-turning car while HIS light was STILL RED. He blew through that red light. He is at fault here.
