Beautiful! It’s important to note that the Rav did not promise. The guy asked “Promise?” and Reb Chaim answered. “He will have children Im yirtzeh HaShem.” Brachos are beautiful and a zchus for the recipient to receive Bracha, but it will only come to pass Im yirtzeh Hashem, if Hashem wills it.
