Authorities took a man into custody a short time ago in Lakewood who is a suspect in a homicide that took place in Jackson last night.
The suspect, whose name has not yet been released, was arrested during a traffic stop at the corner of Route 9 and Route 88.
The homicide victim was identified as Isaiah Renouf, 23, of Jackson.
A family member posted to Facebook that the victim, who just celebrated his birthday and had started a new job, was stabbed in the chest late last night and died a short while later of cardiac arrest.
