Over a dozen charges were filed against three men following a joint investigation which ended in Lakewood.
Beginning on Thursday, June 18th, detectives from the Brick Township Police Department Street Crimes Unit worked alongside detectives from the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Strike Force in a joint investigation that led to three arrests and over a dozen charges.
Detectives witnessed multiple CDS transactions which led to two motor vehicle stops in Lakewood. The Lakewood Police Department assisted with the stops.
The first stop led to the arrest of Aliana T. McColley (30 years old from Lakewood) for possession of crack cocaine. The second stop led to the arrest of Reginald A. McNeil (22 years old from Asbury Park) for Conspiracy to Distribute CDS, and Nyshawne S. Sutton (39 years old from Lakewood) for Distribution of CDS. As the arrestees were brought to Lakewood Police Station for processing, Sutton ran away from police but was quickly apprehended.
A judge approved a search warrant for the vehicle McNeil and Sutton were driving. The ensuing search uncovered approximately 250 wax folds of suspect heroin packaged for resale, crack cocaine packaged for resale, marijuana, suspected MDMA tablets and paraphernalia.
A total of three hundred and fifty-one dollars was seized pending forfeiture.
Sutton was charged with the following on a warrant: Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Heroin, Possession of Cocaine, Possession of MDA, Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine, Possession with the Intent to Distribute Heroin, Distribution of CDS, Resisting by Flight, Possession of CDS Paraphernalia, and Escape. He was subsequently lodged in the Ocean County Jail.
McNeil was charged with the following on a complaint summons: Conspiracy to Distribute CDS, Loitering to Obtain CDS, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Heroin, Possession of Cocaine, Possession of MDA, Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine, Possession with the Intent to Distribute Heroin, and Possession of CDS Paraphernalia.
McColley was charged with the following on a complaint summons: Possession of Cocaine, Tampering with Evidence, and Possession of CDS Paraphernalia.

Why are they picking on minorities & stopping them for drugs? No wonder that the jails in the US are overrepresented by minorities. Defund the police & spend the money on free youth programs for the underprivileged!
