Businessman Rik Mehta has been declared the winner of the Republican primary for US Senate and will face off against Senator Cory Booker this November.
The Associated Press called the race a short time ago after days of counting ballots.
Mehta was trailing opponent Hirsh Singh in the early vote count, but took a commanding lead in recent days, leading the AP to officially call the race.
Mehta currently leads the vote tally 96,050 to 83,234.
Now the big question is, who will the vaad endorse?
The bigger question are we going for change or are we going to keep the same socialist government that is taking more and more control of our lives.

This is a great opportunity the Republicans should take advantage of. It’s not likely to make a difference in this race, but when people who are not white are running for office, it’s harder to call them racists. Enough of this nonsense!

Please be more considerate in learning about a candidates background who is non-white and a non-Jew. Rik Mehta is an Indian American, one of the wealthiest, most educated and fastest growing ethnic groups in the US and in NJ. They are on par with the Jewish American community and we have great respect for Jews. As you would like others to respect your community you should do the same.
