The Lakewood resident who submitted these pictures received the form on his flight from Miami International to Newark.
However, the resident says nobody collected or asked him for the form following the flight.
Florida is one of the 16 states on NJ’s quarantine list.
obviously you knew very well that comming from florida { or maybe you didnt} that you would have to quarantine for 14 days they made the very bad mistake of not giving you the form anyway why werent you given the form upon landing hope that you do the right thing and quarantine

This whole rule is just vindictive garbage, to get back at Florida for banning NY.
The reason Florida did it originally is because NY had a breakout.
But the only reason that went down is because of herd immunity, so there is no rational reason to ban Floridians.

So, they give you a NY State form on a flight to Newark? Something is wrong with this picture. Either the airline screwed up or this was from a previous flight or this flight has a Newark stop-over before heading to NYS. I wonder if NJ even has such a form?

should these newly arrivals from the sunshine state not quarantine and go shopping and Daven with a minyan they will spread this dreaded disease to others who weren’t infected and don’t have the anti bodies to fight the infection
