Since it’s founding, Agudah has been at the forefront of the numerous zoning battles seeking to stop the growth
of our kehillos here in America. In 2000, Agudah pioneered RLUIPA, the landmark law that gives Shuls a
legal mechanism to avoid zoning restrictions. Through Agudah’s legal and political expertise, it’s
knowledgeable staff, and vast network of land use attorneys, they have laid the infrastructure necessary
for kehillos to flourish across America.
