77,000 Meals Distributed In Lakewood Today

At today’s weekly food box distribution, the Lakewood Board of Education gave out roughly 77,000 meals to the township’s school-age children. 

At the Clifton Middle School, 17,500 breakfast meals and 17,500 lunch meals were distributed.

At the Middle School, 21,000 breakfast meals and 21,000 lunch meals were provided.

The next free food box distribution will take place on Thursday, October 1st, at the same locations.

  1. Thank you so much, but once your already making the effort, perhaps you can put in more kid friendly foods? Dont know about your kids but mine aint touching surimi sticks, hummus and kielbasa. And dont get me started on the mangoes, the squirrels in my green garbage cans dont stop thanking me

  2. Can you list the exact address of the food pickup. I couldnt find the place. I was driving around clifton and seventh after 6:30 and didn’t see anything.
