Two injured in accident involving motorcyclist in Lakewood [PHOTOS]

Two people were injured in an accident involving a motorcyclist in Lakewood this evening.

The accident occurred at the intersection of Cedarbridge Avenue and Oberlin Avenue.

Officials says it appears the motorcyclist rear-ended a car, injuring both the motorcyclist and other driver.

The driver of the car was transported to Ocean Medical Center in Brick, and the motorcyclist was transported to Jersey Shore University Medical Center.

The accident is under investigation.
