UPDATE: Pollard has finally been given the green light to return to Israel

After 30 years in prison and several years on parole, Jonathan Pollard will finally be allowed to return home to Israel.

The green light was given today by the US Parole Commission.

Anyone know how his health is? I know he had some issues his last years in prison. Has he healed?

B”H I have been davening for him for years–even when he was allowed out of prison, he was still not free, He wore an ankle bracelet , was not allowed to speak to the media, and was forbidden to write anything about his experiences in prison. He also had a curfew that he had to obey.–B’h he and his wife, (who is quite ill), will finally be able to make aliya.
