A Lakewood resident is the attorney behind a request filed on behalf of President Trump’s reelection campaign at the US Supreme Court.
The filing requests that the Supreme Court take up a lawsuit filed by Trump’s legal team in Wisconsin that seeks to invalidate 221,000+ ballots in 2 heavily Democratic counties in the state. Trump lost the state to Biden by roughly 21,000 votes.
The lawsuit, which alleges that there were multiple violations of the law, and that there were numerous instances where certain ballots should have been disqualified, calls for the Republican-controlled state legislature to appoint its own electors.
The Wisconsin Supreme Court dismissed the lawsuit by a 4-3 vote.
The request to the Supreme Court was filed by Howard Kleinhendler, a Lakewood resident who previously ran for Congress in New Jersey’s 4th Congressional District, losing to Rep. Chris Smith in 2010. He also lost the Democratic primary to run for Congress in the 3rd District in 2014.
Kleinhendler, who has an office in Manhattan, represents Fortune 500 companies and high net individuals in matters involving construction, antitrust, trademark infringement, tax, partnership disputes, FCPA violations, real estate, and white-collar criminal defense, according to his website.

Why is this good news?! We are in גלות! An Orthodox Jew behind one of the most contentious election in history might be great for his resume going forward, but, detrimental to the rest of American Jewry.

Based on comment number one, it seems the lawyer was a fan of Obama which makes this even more amazing. I guess there are some Democrats who see election fraud being a problem.
Remember, even if you are a Democrat, with election fraud they can steal your vote just as easily.
A quick Google search shows he’s a Democrat. Hmmm, so there can be unity after all.
Lots of people register as democrat in ny and Nj because they are blue states. This is nonsense lawsuit. If there was fraud it would have been presented in court. You all should read the briefs and the decisions of the courts. Trump lost. Fairly. People went out to vote because Donald Trump was and is a threat to this country. The past several weeks have just reinforced it. Embarrassing.
