President Joe Biden today signed 10 executive orders related to the fight against the coronavirus pandemic. The orders are intended to give a quick boost to his strategy to tackle the crisis and lays out a blueprint for reopening schools and businesses, as well as to increase Americans’ use of face masks.
The most significant of the executive orders was one that requires all air travelers to don face masks while at an airport, on an airplane, ship, intercity bus, train, or other public transportation. There have been a handful of stories throughout the US of travelers being kicked off of planes for refusing to wear a face mask, and some airlines have banned certain individuals for life over their refusal to abide by their mask rules.
Additionally, travelers from abroad must present a negative Covid-19 test before departing for the United States and must quarantine upon arrival.
Biden also directed FEMA to begin erecting community vaccination centers, with the goal of opening at least 100 across the US within a month.
The coronavirus vaccine rollout in the US has sputtered since being delivered by the federal government to individual states. New Jersey still has thousands of unused doses of Covid-19 vaccines, as there was little pre-planning on how to distribute them to the public.

Umm I guess he wasn’t aware that travelers had to wear masks for that past many months?!?
Well he also said you need to quarantine when you arrive (in addition). What’s the point of requiring you to test in the country of origin and wearing a mask and also quarantine on arrival? I’m tired of being told what to do by big government especially if it’s ludicrous.
Last time I was in jfk a lot of workers did not have masks. Who’s going to enforce all this.
