Lakewood Bikur Cholim offering to prepare Shabbos for Households with Covid-stricken parent

Home with covid and not sure how you are preparing Shabbos?

Unfortunately, many young mothers have recently been diagnosed and some hospitlized with covid.

Bikur Cholim of Lakewood has announced it is offering families food for Shabbos if any parent is hospitalized or sick with covid.

Please call the Bikur Cholim office at 7329053020 by 3:00 p.m. today.

    Oh how I wish this was available when I had covid some time ago! I spent $250 on shabbos, plus more on suppers, all while being out of work for many weeks.

    To anyone who is ill with Covid or has a relative ill with Covid, PLEASE be aware that there are MANY treatments that are available and work!! Please DON’T just sit in bed and suffer and ch’v get worse and worse.

    PLEASE call the somech or save a life hotlines (or email [email protected]). There is also Rabbi Sofer in eretz yisroel who’s number was posted in the comment section of a different news article. They have a wealth of heavily researched information and many treatments, cures and resources that have helped many, many people that really work – even for people who are very ill! They do not charge anything for their help, time etc. etc. it is all L’shem Shamayim.

  4. Please take this seriously, The current wave going through Lakewood is affecting many younger women with more women in their 30’s and 40’s in the hospital than any other age/gender group.

  7. Mi kiamcha Yisroel! It’s so nice that bikur cholim is stepping in to help out families in need. I remember the feeling when I was so sick and out of it three months ago and wished there was an option of getting help! We were completely dysfunctional!
