I say it every year. I have a few relatives whom daven by Wasserthiel (Riminov).

    Quoted from Sefarim ?
Actually, the Shulchan Oruch writes you should say it every day.
Rabbeinu B’chaya says, if you say it every day, you will not lack bread.

The segulah for Tuesday B’Shalach is from R’ Mendel of Riminov. Its a very much followed segulah. Even more powerful, its not even written in any of his Sefarim or writings.
