1. This will be a big loss to the central south rt 9 are. I highly relied on Blue Ribbon for the past few years for much of my shopping. I only wish other stores in Lakewood could have the same level of great customer service they offered. I wish them the best of luck in their new endeavors.

   • Unfortunately they were put out of business by the big supermarkets that have moved into Lakewood in the last few years. So sad that the friendly small grocer is going extinct.

2. maybe at least keep the “flowers for shabbos ” open

3. Yacov, Perhaps if you would have done all your shabbos shopping at this store, they would have been able to continue selling flowers as well. Stores need customers to survive. If the tzibbur moved en masse to the large supermarkets that upended the small guys, that same tzibbur destroyed the businesses they used to patronize.
