Talk about being at the right place at the right time..I hope Heshy’s towing got to tow one of the cars and make a few bucks. There’s more money in towing than photography….
Most times when there is a flip over, it is due to the fact that the driver was going too fast on the turn. This time the driver was going slow. I am surprised that the other car did not see him making that turn.
Something seems a bit off with your observation, the driver who illegally turned into oncoming traffic gave the car less than 3 seconds to react…
To Avraham: from the looks of this video, it looks as though there was one car length between the vehicle turning left and the on coming vehicle. The vehicle turning left exercised poor judgment in his/her making that turn as far as timing is concerned.
