[COMMUNICATED] On Sunday, May 9th from 5:30-6:30 pm, a kesiva event will be held at Congregation Ohr Yaakov for the Yachad Shivtei Yisroel Sefer Torah campaign. The event will be held  in loving memory of Mr. David Garber, HaKohen, Z”L, whose outstanding middah of ahavas yisroel made a lasting impact on all who were privileged to know him. He was a true Yid – or “Just Jewish” as he called himself – and possessed the unique ability to connect with and uplift Jews from all walks of life. 

The Sefer Torah is being written by the extended Garber family, in the memory of their beloved grandfather z”l, for Camp Agudah West’s very first summer. Camp Agudah West is the only West-coast summer camp of its kind, and will provide an incredible CAMP experience for the 2021 summer season. 

Please help us honor his legacy of achdus by joining us at the kesiva event.

It will take place at Congregation Ohr Yaakov at 1517 Leguna Lane. A hot buffet lunch will be served.
