[COMMUNICATED] Your neighbor is struggling. Where’s that splash of color?
Let’s color Lakewood green with goodness. Too many families confront a grey, dreary world where affording day-to-day necessities is impossible. Let’s bring color to their day and brighten their future. Together, let’s Paint the Town Green.
Will you be apart?
You don’t need brushes or paint, all you need is to be eager to change the face of our not so little town…
Together, let’s make our town a better place. It’s up to us to make sure the whole town is covered in goodness.
It’s up to you to bring vibrant joy to hundreds of our friends and neighbors who rely on your support of Ahavas Tzedakah for their basic needs.
So what is going green all about?
Painting the town Green is about making sure a young boy has a new suit for Shabbos, one the fits and isn’t torn so that he can be proud to go to shul or play with his friends. Going Green means making sure a family can afford their weekly groceries and have basic staples including diapers, formula or milk. Going Green can mean helping a family with new winter or summer clothes or food for a Yom Tov. Going green means caring enough to make a difference.
Whether it’s with that necessary new hat for their bar mitzvah bachur, groceries for the week, a desperately needed pair of new shoes, or other essentials, your greens will revive, rejuvenate and revitalize lives.
Are you in? Our quest to greenify Lakewood needs you. Now’s the time to show you care.
