State to install sidewalks along portion of Route 88 in Lakewood

The State will be installing sidewalks along a portion of Route 88 in Lakewood, Mayor Coles told TLS.

Crews are preparing to install sidewalks in the area of Ocean County park, making it safer for pedestrians heading to and from the Ocean County Park.

  1. what about on corner of Washington and spruce ? There are hundreds of kids and people that walk down Washington towards pine or up Washington to spruce and they literally have to walk on the street . We are asking for someone to get hit . whoever owns the land should be made to put sidewalks in even if they are not building on it yet.
