yes, I remember the country was closed. no one was flying, no one was driving to work. The demand worldwide crashed in regard to oil. It was so bad that Donald Trump wanted Opec and Saudia Arabia to decrease production of oil to drive the prices back up. He tweeted about it several times. Trump wanted the oil prices back up. A simple google search will find you the information. There is a supply chain problem, there are not enough licensed truck drivers to deliver oil, people are flying and have taken to the highway. The country is coming out of a pandemic that was poorly controlled last year.
