Update on the Verizon outage in West Gate

Submitted by original letter-writer: I was supposed to have a service call this morning from 8-12. No one showed. After calling Verizon again the technician called to say he was coming soon.

Then the technician called me and told me that finally they’re declaring it as an outage and he can’t fix it.

Now they need to send a different type of technician to look into it.

If you are part of this outage please please call it in. 1800Verizon He only had 3 tickets for today and only now are they realizing that it’s a big problem.

Other providers that use the Verizon network are also affected.
