  1. Nowadays Baltimore became extremely unsafe.
    I wonder if it is possible to park your car at night near the Yeshiva campus and maybe take a taxi from there to where you are staying.
    Maybe if you put a small amount of yellow or white paint on your tires, maybe that will help.

    Well we can’t blame those skilled tire technicians, they are just the underprivileged taking back what belongs to them from the greedy privileged.

  3. When you replace the wheels and tires, install locking lug nuts, makes it much more difficult, not impossible, just more difficult.

  4. Looks like she was in front of הא at Johns. Not blaming the victims but I’m sure she didn’t have wheel locks on tires. Will cost a ton for rims/tires. Easily prevent but that’s not a nice area. I’m here 16yrs nothing like that has ever happened to us. Johns is in the hood ten miles from Frum area. So sorry this happened to them , same garbage that does this day and night.
