On Monday October 4th and Tuesday October 5th, Lakewood EMS hosted a K-9 medical operator class.

“We had the pleasure of having several surrounding agencies as well as our own, learn about providing tactical pre-veterinary care to K-9 officers,” EMS said. “All K-9 officers and handlers participated with training and provided an invaluable asset to care and treat under conditions that are similar to those that could exist in the field. K-9 Ranger, K-9 Jager, and K-9 Maveric were awesome students!”
