   • Because in a civilized country we don’t want street justice. We all gain from a civil trial system, even if sometimes animals manage to live. We are much better off when POs hold their fire.

     Kudos to the LPD for knowing when to shoot and when to tase.

    I know the police arrested him, but that came after he killed two people. The police can’t be everywhere at all times. Sometimes, we have to be prepared to defends ourselves and our families.

        With all due respesct. He doesn’t mean that therefore the person deserves to die. Rather that, we ought to clarify if the victim was illegal, or if any party involved was illegal, to have a better understanding of who and what is coming over the border. Thereby enabling us to have a better, more factual outlook, as to what our policies should be regarding illegal aliens.

18. No one deserves to be killed- but sounds like this was targeted ans maybe gang related. So if the 1st victim was an undocumented alien and a gang member, that changes the picture- he invited violence into your town.

    • Only 1 officer had a taser, The rest had hadguns.

My prayers and my heart go to the 3 families that are currently going through this sad, tragic and painful event, each family has lost a loved family member, this is not the time to judge anyone, this is not the time for anybody to be ignorant commenting nonsense, on the contrary, this is time show and give love and respect to those that are suffering at this moment, the only ones that really matter, the ones that are dealing with the pain of such tragedy, we should pause for a 1 minute or 3 and give those few minutes to G-d and lift a Prayer to Him, for Him to bring of His Love, for Him to bring of His peace and for Him to bring of His healing to the hearts of the 3 families that are mourning the lost of their loved ones, only you G-d can bring Peace in the midst of sorrow.
