Rumors that 13-year-old Chaya Malka bas Batsheva was vaccinated – claiming that’s why she collapsed, are false, the family tells TLS.

Reb Aron Baruch (Butch) Epstein, the girl’s uncle, says the rumors circulating on social media about her vaccination are absolutely false, and rumors claiming “I confirmed it with Hatzolah,” are also false.

“It’s Sheker V’chozov,” Reb Aron Baruch said.

As a side note, Hatzolah, by law, is not allowed to release information about a patient.

“Chaya Malka is still considered in critical condition, but stable within that realm,” the parents said. “The Dr.’s are waiting for a longer period of stability in order to administer more testing. All the Tehillim and Tefilos are accomplishing more than we can imagine! We can’t thank everyone enough for the outpouring of love, support, and most importantly Torah and Teffilah! Reb Aron Baruch also thanks the hundreds who have already donated to a Tzedakah in the girl’s Zchus.
