  1. What an amazing person she was!

Always smiling, always having something good and encouraging to say. Her emuna was palpable, and her simchas hachaim was contagious.
At nichum aveilim for her son R Dovid z”l, she was comforting the visitors, saying that since this was the rotzon Hashem, we must accept it as such, and be grateful for the years that he was among us.
What a terrible loss of a shining example of a Yidene from a bygone era. Such people aren’t found in our generation.
May the family have a nechomo.

  2. You may be able to buy her autobiography on amazon, but her varmkayt, and erlichkyte you only knew by the shine on her face. She had the TZELEM ELOKEEM together with Reb, Shmuel ZTL.

  3. Dina and Yocheved,
I’m so sorry to hear about your Mom’s passing. Even though I only met her once when your cousin Leah brought me along on her visit, I remember how kind she was to me, a Goyisha, and showed me the proper negel vasser before we enjoyed some of her delicious food. You two warmly welcomed me as well, so obviously like your mother!
