The parents of Chaya Malka bas Batsheva – the 13-year-old Lakewood girl who collapsed at school – released the following statement this afternoon:

“Chasdei Hashem! Chaya Malka just returned from her surgery. She is awake and slowly recovering. The doctors are hopeful that they have a plan for Chaya Malka moving forward. Every Kapitel Tehillim, Tefilla, Kabala, etc., played an integral part in where we are today. We would not have been able to pull through the past 2 weeks, without your concern, support, and love. The only thing we can say is “Ein Od Milvado!”
