JUST IN: Vehicle crashes through building in Jackson [VIDEO & PHOTOS]

A vehicle crashed through a building in Jackson moments ago.

The accident happened shortly before 1:00 AM at the Brilliant building.

EMS personnel are currently treating a driver and the passenger, both who are possibly under the influence.

An investigation is underway.

Those 2 Mexicans sitting there were the vehicles driver / occupant ? They look very intoxicated.
If that vehicle has no insurance on it: these Environmental Companies for what they charge to clean up 1 little oil or gasoline leak can afford to repair the building 20 times over.
