UPDATE: Final Arguments Scheduled for Rabbi Eisemann Case

A date has been set for the final arguments on the motion for a new trial for SCHI founder Rabbi Osher Eisemann, TLS has learned.

Last week, both sides submitted briefs, and the judge scheduled oral arguments – the final arguments on the motion for a new trial – for next Friday, July 8.

“This is the last step before the judge rules if there should be a new trial on the two remaining counts, or if they should Ch’V proceed to sentencing (up to 20 years R”L),” and Askan involved in the case told TLS.

The family asks the Tzibur to continue to be Mispallel for Osher ben Chana Frumit.
